Fleetwood Capital — Account Terms & Conditions

1. Account Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal UK resident to open and maintain a Fleetwood Capital account. By applying, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Usage. Your account must be used for lawful purposes only. Fleetwood Capital reserves the right to restrict or close accounts used for activities that violate applicable laws or our policies.

3. FSCS Protection. Eligible deposits held with Fleetwood Capital are protected up to £85,000 per eligible depositor under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).

4. Interest Rates. Interest rates are variable and may change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any change that is unfavourable to you.

5. Fees & Charges. Standard current accounts carry no monthly fees. Charges may apply for specific services as detailed in our Tariff of Charges document available on our website.

6. Card Issuance. Upon account opening, a contactless Visa debit card will be dispatched to your registered address within 3–5 business days.

7. Closure. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may close your account by giving you at least 2 months' notice.

8. Governing Law. These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9. Data Protection. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

10. Complaints. If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us. If unresolved, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Electronic Communications Disclosure

By consenting to electronic communications, you agree that Fleetwood Capital may deliver all required notices, statements, disclosures, and other communications to you electronically, including via email and through the online banking portal.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to electronic communications at any time by contacting us at customersupport@fleetwoodcapital.co.uk or by visiting a branch. Withdrawal of consent may result in fees for paper communications.

To access electronic communications you will need: a device with internet access, a current web browser, and a valid email address. You should maintain a copy of these communications for your records.
